While anxiety is a normal part of everyday life and even necessary to fuel our attention to matters both social and intellectual, some people experience overwhelming anxiety and fear, either fleetingly or on an ongoing basis. More than 19 million Americans, in fact, suffer from debilitating anxiety, making anxiety difficulties the most common mental health problem in this country. This forum will permit those who are suffering to share their pain with (as well as learn from) one another.
